Aerobic
Classes:
The Dimond Athletic Club offers many aerobic classes all free of
charge to its members. We possess some of the finest aerobic instructors
in the state and with classes running throughout the day, you’re
bound to find one to your liking.
For
those who seek a great cardiovascular workout that is also low impact,
we offer Step Classes, Water Aerobics, and Cardio Kickboxing. These
classes also provide strengthening exercises at the end of the aerobic
segment. To improve your muscle strength, balance, and coordination,
our Sculpting classes are an excellent compliment to aerobic workout.
We also feature Beginning Muscle Fitness, Pilates/Core Training,
and Power Yoga classes.
