The Dimond Athletic Club offers an extensive, all-inclusive class schedule with many aerobic and aquatic classes all free of charge to its members. We possess some of the finest aerobic/aquatic instructors in the state and with classes running throughout the day, you’re bound to find one to your liking.
For those who seek a great cardiovascular workout that is also low impact, we offer numerous Step Classes and Water Aerobics. To improve your muscle strength, balance, and coordination, our Sculpting classes are an excellent compliment to an aerobic workout. We also feature Beginning Muscle Fitness, Sweatshop, Pilates, Yoga, and Zumba.
