The Dimond Athletic Club is a 40,000 square foot athletic complex located in the Dimond Center. The club is equipped with 3 workout rooms, aerobics studio, men’s and women’s locker rooms, racquetball courts, basketball court, lap swimming pool, children’s wading pool, day care facility, and refreshment bar. For your passive recreation, the lounge offers a large screen TV, a unique view overlooking the ice rink, and a phone for your convenience. A workout at our club can be conveniently combined with a shopping trip or lunch date at any of the Dimond Center’s 170 stores and restaurants.

The upper level features two separate weight rooms. The south facing blue room consists of 15 pieces of user friendly Nautilus equipment. These machines can be utilized individually or to form a circuit, which creates a training routine for the entire body.

The north facing red room is new and improved and features some of the top equipment from Life Fitness and Precor. Here you will find smooth gliding ellipticals, dumbbells, and a wide array of resistance machines that are sure to get you moving towards your fitness goals.

Both rooms have treadmills, rowing machines and exercise bicycles to further enhance your cardiovascular training.

The lower level consists of the free-weight room, swimming pools, racquetball courts, basketball court and locker rooms.
