The Dimond Athletic Club is a new and improved 40,000 square foot athletic complex located in the Dimond Center. The club is equipped with three fitness rooms, an aerobics studio, racquetball courts, basketball court, men’s and women’s locker rooms, and lap and small swimming pools. For your passive recreation, the lounge offers a relaxing environment with a large screen TV and a unique view overlooking the ice skating rink. A workout at our club can be conveniently combined with a shopping trip or lunch date at any of the Dimond Center’s 170 retail shops and restaurants.
The upper level features two separate workout rooms. The south facing room consists of 15 pieces of user friendly Nautilus equipment. These machines can be utilized individually or to form a circuit, which creates a training routine for the entire body. Precor treadmills with monitors, and stationary bicycles are situated here as well. The north facing room features smooth gliding ellipticals, rowing machines, stair machines, stationary bicycles, treadmills, dumbbells, and a wide array of Life Fitness resistance machines that are sure to get you moving towards your fitness goals. to further enhance your cardiovascular training.
The lower level hosts a free weight room, basketball court, racquetball courts, saltwater lap and small pools, and locker rooms equipped with amenities, including hot tub, sauna, and steam room.
