The Dimond Athletic Club offers a wide variety of services for all your fitness needs.

Personal Training: A great way to achieve your fitness goals. Our trainers will meet with you to discuss your individual fitness goals, and create a workout program that is built around reaching those goals.

Personal training is available on a one-on-one basis, with a partner, or with a small group of up to 4 participants. You can meet with a trainer once to set up the ideal workout, or on a continual basis to your liking.

Please contact Dana Aasland at 344-7788 to make an appointment with a trainer or to receive more information on this program.

Fitness Assessment: As our welcome gift to you, we offer a complimentary fitness assessment that will help you establish a baseline of your personal health. The trainers conduct a safe and thorough assessment of your body through:

  • Body Composition Analysis
  • Health Risk Assessment
  • Strength and Flexibility Testing
  • Cardiovascular Fitness Assessment
  • Blood Pressure Reading

In addition to the Fitness Evaluation, you will receive an introduction to the strength training and cardiovascular equipment. The introduction will include information on proper form and technique, equipment settings and general fitness guidelines.

PhotoPost Rehabilitation Training: The Dimond Athletic Club offers specialized one-on-one personal training and post rehabilitation services for clients referred by their physician or physical therapist.

Please contact the Health Services Director, Dana Aasland, for more information on Post-Rehabilitation services, pricing and payment options.

This is an excellent option for anyone who has difficulty working out on land due to balance problems or weaknesses. The class is held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 12:30 – 1:30pm in our wading pool. Payment options are available for non-members.
