CrossFit is an internationally renowned program that delivers fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Physical training that focuses just on one specific arena will not deliver the same results as CrossFit. We cover ALL areas of fitness making well rounded athletes out of normal, everyday people. Our classes can consists of professional athletes, the average working parent, grandparents and kids doing the same program and each will reach the specific goals unique to their needs! We call this universal scalability – everyone can do it. This unlike any other program out there.
CrossFit is a core conditioning program similar to the core curriculum in school. It’s the stuff everyone needs to understand and be able to do in order to succeed in a specific sport or to reach unique fitness goals.
CrossFit is also a core conditioning program in the sense that all exercises are performed from core to extrimity. Those who commit to the program will see serious improvement in the mid-section, including a slimmer waist, flatter tummy and for possibly even the ”six-pack,” without having to commit to hundreds of situps every week.
Beyond these RESULTS are decreased body fat percentage (equaling weight loss for some) increased muscle percentage (equaling improved fat burning capability and athleticism), neurological adaptation (smarter/quicker thought processes) improved cardio-endurance, strength, flexibilty, balance, agility, accuracy, power, coordination, speed and stamina. Those who follow the nutrition guidelines will also experience greater clarity of mind, better emotional stability, more energy to get through the day and obviously faster physical results.
Participating in CrossFit with a CrossFit certified trainer and with a group makes the program indispensable. To have the accountability, group- energy and professional coaching for difficult exercises and encouragement speeds up the results.
