Personal Training

The Dimond Athletic Club offers a wide variety of services for all your fitness needs.

Personal Training: A great way to achieve your fitness goals. Our trainers will meet with you to discuss your individual fitness goals, and create a workout program that is built around reaching those goals.

Personal training is available on a one-on-one basis, with a partner, or with a small group of up to 3 participants. You can meet with a trainer once to set up the ideal workout, or on a continual basis to your liking.

Fitness Assessment: As our welcome gift to you, we offer a complimentary Body Composition Analysis. In addition to the Body Comp Analysis, you will receive a brief introduction to the strength training and cardiovascular equipment. The introduction will include information on proper form and technique, equipment settings and general fitness guidelines.
