Aqua-cise!: All Fitness Levels

Water aerobics classes are a fun and energetic way to increase endurance, balance, flexibility and muscle strength through exercise using the natural resistance of the water. Aqua-cise is a low impact water aerobics class with emphasis on flexibility and stretching. The genre movements of this upbeat class will leave you energized and refreshed.

Aquatic Arthritis Program: All Fitness Levels

This warm water program was created for people with arthritis to keep joints flexible, muscles strong and to help reduce the pain associated with arthritis, fibromyalgia, or related conditions. The pool exercises in this class were developed to address the pain, fatigue, and decreased strength that often accompany these conditions. The soothing warmth and buoyancy of warm water make this program an ideal environment for relieving for arthritis pain and stiffness, while the salt water provides gentle resistance for building muscle strength and supporting your joints to encourage free movement.

Warm Water Fitness: All Fitness Levels

This soothing water therapy program is held in the warm water pool which provides gentle resistance to build muscle strength. The exercises taught in this class are designed to match the fitness level of the participant and is an excellent choice for pre-operative exercises and/or post-rehabilitation exercises for optimal surgery outcome.

Water aerobics classes are a fun and energetic way to increase endurance, flexibility and muscle strength through exercise using the natural resistance of the water. Water fitness improves balance is an excellent alternative for individuals who may have various injuries and/or limitations. Non-swimmers are also encouraged to attend.
